Quick question, does Tuner Mudflap suffer from GPS?
Nobody's ever bought one, according to the piles of clogged pegs I STILL am finding.
I think you hit that one on the nose.. so I guess we'll never know
No, but it suffers from massive SUCK.
what does he mean gps?
This thread is fun!
PS: gps is Gold Plastic Syndrome - http://tfwiki.net/wiki/GPS
Gold Plastic Syndrome. It's where older figures with "swirly" gold plastic eventually crumble into dust because the plastic didn't mix right at the factory.
Black Zarak and G2 Electro are infamous because of it.
Yes. Due to that and the fact that no one will ever own him, Tuner Mudflap will (in about 15 years) become the new Black Zarak. He'll be so damn rare and fragile that everyone will want him. You always want what you can't have.
We're taking Tuner Mudflap for granted now but we'll miss him when he's gone.
Many thanks. I now know more than I did ten minutes ago. always something to learn.
I hope GPS hits him harder than Black Zarak.
I'd say beyond a shadow of a doubt that Tuner Mudflap is a Godawful Piece of Sh-- Wait, what were we talking about?
I have him, and he feels fine. None of the gold plastic feels like it's about to break.
Also, while on the "lols tuner mudflap" topic, I really can't see why so many people think he sucks. Shelf warming aside, there's really nothing bad about him. I honestly think his colors are an improvement over the original release.
right after i buy 100 of them... and keep them on the card for 20 years... so they become very very rare...
you know; like the ALL gold plastic slingshot did!
The deluxe Mudflap mold leaves something to be desired and the tuner color scheme is honestly gaudy.
You know...usually this fandom screws themselves.
Watch everyone's Mudflap and Tuner Mudflaps suffer from GPS, leading the figure to be a highly sought after collectible.
It's just crazy enough to happen.
I was a sucker. I bought one of each, but when Target started clearancing the Revenge of the Fallen deluxes...the leftover Mudflaps eventually hit $0.50, and I bought everyone of them. I have since donated half of them to various charities over the holidays...but the other half remains!
Wishful thinking, I know!
Heck yeah man. For $0.50 I would have bought them all too.
Sad, but true.
...I quite like him.
However, I've not taken taken him out in some time, so I'm not sure how he's holding up.
So, yes? No?
