    The Universe Prime was really cool, what I would suggest though is fast transformations though. They work better for me anyway. Take a look at my Youtube channel for some examples: http://uk.youtube.com/user/Swainy101

    Pretty cool! I've always wanted to try stop motion. Are you filming with a vid cam a frame at a time, or taking jpg's and converting them to animated gif's?

    Yeah, I think the quick transformations look better in some ways. But I like watching each piece convert from one mode to the other, so I thought I would try doing it slowly as if the Transformers have to consciously make each part move.

    Right now, I'm just using a point-and-shoot digital camera and uploading the jpg's to Windows Movie Maker.

    not to nitpick or anything, but in that first video, Classic Prime's arms are mistransformed.
