    I found this on toywiz.

    Transformers Prime Toys & Action Figures

    I thought that Transformers Prime toys are not to be released until December 1, 2011, But it says here that they will be released September.

    What to believe, What to believe?

    True: Because they say it's first edition.

    False: Becuase not till 12/1/2011 and I can wait for those.

    Ok, seriously, it's December. We potentially could get preview figures in September? Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

    Yet the release date on the site says August for Arcee on her item page...? :confused: 

    I really hope we get some Prime releases before December; even if it's just the first wave as a 'preview' set, or the entertainment pack as a taster ready for December.

    i clicked true because i remember hearing about a preview wave, before the reg. release date-though it could be sooner, which would be even better

    At the moment, false. There's no confirmation of a preview wave yet, just speculation. Although I'm sure that at Comic Con they'll evaluate on the "First Edition" packaging for wave 1. Man, everytime I see a thread about these it makes me remember Animated taking 6 months to release toys. Then i realize we'll have to wait a YEAR for Prime toys, from TV premier to toy release...

    So the results of a poll are supposed to determine the truth? :) 

    I could believe the "preview wave" (Bumblebee, Arcee, Starscream, Op/Megs/kids pack) is supposed to come around September - if any retailers actually cooperate.

    It's possible, but I remember them being very specific that the first Prime toys (outside of the SDCC Prime) would be out in December. They even changed the cards in the display for that first wave (Arcee, Bumblebee, Starscream, and the Megatron/Prime pack) to read December. Now, maybe they want to surprise us, but they made a point to emphasize this at Botcon.


    Now, that said, I happen to know that the Prime toys are starting to roll off the production lines *right now*, so it wouldn't surprise me to see them before December.

    I still think that July release date "mistake" wasn't really a "mistake"...I think there will be some big news at SDCC for these. Why would they bother with "first edition" packaging if they're going to be released with everything else?
