The back of the DVD lists a music video and featureette as part of the special features, but for the life of me I can't find it anywhere on the disc. Is anyone else having the same problem?

Did you check if it plays after the credits.

 

I have the 2-disc set and the music video and featurette are on the second disc. If you only have the single disc version, then the likelyhood is that you don't have these features because usually the single disc is the same as disc one in the 2-disc pack. So, my guess is that the packaging is mislabeled.
