My six-year-old son absolutely loved Tron Legacy and wanted a lightcycle for Christmas. Since I thought the compatible Tron core figures were less than desirable in design compared to G.I. Joe 3 3/4 ones, I decided I'd surprise him with a completely made-up character I call Kage (pronounced "ka-ge"): Since I don't collect G.I. Joes and this was a last-minute idea, I had to get on HissTank and was fortunate to find the figures I needed to 'bash and get them rush shipped to me by Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, Santa stole my thunder by giving my kid Armada Unicron so he doesn't give two shits about my gift (or any of the other presents he received). Santa's such a bastard.
Oh sweet! I didn't know the 3 3/4" figures are compatible with the lightcycle! Thanks for doing this. I was wondering where are the circuit lines on the figure though. Did you omit them? I thought there was something missing...
Great job! The armor fits the theme well and it looks great in black. My only gripe is that it could use some light blue "lights" running throughout the suit to complete the look. Darn you Santa, making this awesomeness go unappreciated.
Thanks for the compliments. I didn't give him "Tron" lines because I wanted to keep the overall look adaptable to different toy universes (e.g. Tron, G.I. Joe, etc.). Of course, this is assuming my boy will ever be interested in playing with this figure (again, no thanks to Santa and Unicron).
