1 yr. ,1 mo., and 1 day before i was born but i still think he was one of the best comedic actors ever. i have always wondered to this day what he would have been like if he hadn't OD'd. he'd b pushing 60 now.
a great man, sounded like he was very humble for someone in his position. defanetly someone who diserves an honerable mention!:rip

    John Belushi as Peter Venkman?

Nah, it wouldn't have worked as well.

Bill Murray refuses to have anything to do with Jim after he stared in that movie based on the unauthorized book about John.

John Belushi was incredibly badass. I won't lie; he's not been a FAVORITE favorite actor of mine, but every time he's on the tube, I tune in. He was a real powerhouse of a comedian.

There's a reason by the original Blues Brothers is a classic, and it's name is John Belushi.

    Cross is rad.

And for Bill I think it was a Jim Rose interview (I saw it many years ago) and Jim came up and Bill just started busting on that guy.

I never liked Jim Belushi. According to Jim isn't funny. It's up there with "The King of Queens".

On a good note, I LOVED the Blues Brothers. One of the funniest movies I have ever seen. Especially when they are riding the elevator and all the police, fireman, national guard etc are breaking into the building. Classic.

If he had lived, he might have faded as badly as Akroyd has. It's probably better this way.
