Because of another post, i looked up the TFwiki about the Transtech toy line.
I doubt they will be released as TFU, but would it be a great idea to release them as a way of getting more to join the TFCC, or sign up for future BotCons?

as rare as G1 repaints of current figs (BotCon exclusives anyhoo) and possibly 10x cooler.

5 transtech figures- or at least the ones that had drawings. IIRC the article, there was Megs, Prime, Starscream, shockwave and jetfire among others.

Starscream, Cheetor and I believe Optimus all had prototypes made before the line was cancelled.

The designs are fantastic in that they retain the Transformer feel but add a Cybertronian appearance. Unfortunately, that's where they probably wouldn't be that popular.

Too many people cry about the movie designs, with Megatron and the Fallen being Cybertronian. Something as radical as TransTech, where everything is Cybertronian would cause mass panic among the fandom.

At least we get homages to TransTech every once in awhile. Movie tank Megatron is almost exactly like the TT artwork, and TF:A Blurr is a nod towards Cheetor.

I really liked the Rhinox mock-up, would like to see a similar toy.
