Also, that's a really clever combiner gun. A lot of the time it just looks like a bunch of guns stuck together. That actually looks coherent.

Gun looks great, personally I like light up eyes too. It looks like Overturn is not going to be painted to stay consistent with the other arm. Kinda hope it gets painted but either way dig the purple stripe on the side.

 

Yeah, those alt modes look amazing. I'm excited to get these. I do wish Menasor himself had a little bit more paint going on though. Seems like he's mostly just black with some brighter colors on his limbs from the other bots.

Kind of bummed about the light up eyes too. That means installing batteries and having him have dead eyes anytime they are not turned on.

 

Heh, you know, for the longest time I was thinking how weird Revolt's gun was- a hinge it didn't need, it looked like it was supposed to snap onto something that didn't seem to exist anywhere on the figure. Now it all makes sense! That combined gun is all kinds of brilliant.

Nice to see Overturn in color as well. I mean, its not like I wasn't going to get the full set at this point since I'm three figures in, but I'm a lot more excited for the set now.

 

man this is sooo cool cant wait for the whole team... i hope that optimus is offered by himself and as a kit like tyrant.. i really like the satisfaction of building those little guys

 

Really love this set and I don't even have the final two members. Just a class act from start to finish.

 

Man, even if i don't consider IDW worth a damn, this set look amazing in vehicle mode. Worthy of display.
