Well looking at some toys at the resources section here I saw this eBay auction. Are these official Transforming Ninja Turles because I don't see how they transform and I never heard of these.

Interesting, I can honestly say I've never seen those before. Though I do remember having a Ninja Turtle figure that could transform from it's normal look, to a plan turtle/pre-ooze look. Recently saw something very similar at Target too.

They're official TMNT figures, but not official Transformers.

Exactly, was going to post the same thing! Those Turtles popped up somewhere near the end of the Turtles-hype over here..started with Turtles transforming into their regular turtle modes, then you had Bebop & Rocksteady that could change into their human forms..then it got weird. April O'Neill changing into a catwoman, and Splinter changing into...the Turtle van! :lol

That one's from an actual episode, believe it or not. The setup for said situation was a send-up of the Fly.

They're figures from the "Mutations" subline, and were released in 1994.
The first wave consisted of the Turtles, Bebop, Rocksteady and Splinter who could all change into their original pre-ooze forms. These were sold in '92.
1993 saw mutatin' figures of Turtles movie figures such as Tokka and Rahzar. This year also introduced the Road Ready figures, which had a Splinter turning into the Turtle van amongst other things.

^ Lord Ginrai is right for the info. I've seen them on the shelves here in NC, as well as an anniversary line of the ORIGINAL repackaged-with-original-artwork Playmates Turtles. Total nostalgia, well, other than the 25th anniversary line of TF's, or the GI Joes. It's amazing how far toy technology has come.

I'm pretty sure I still have those! (locked up in my attic)

    Turtles to regular Turtles
Shredder to his human samurai form
    Splinter to his human form
    April to cat form
    Tokka to turtle form
    Rahzar to dog form
    Bebop to human
    Rocksteady to human

    and then the weird ones

    Pilot turtle to jet
    Leonardo Fireman to Firetruck
    Shredder to Drilltank
    Splinter to turtlevan
    Donatello to Porsche
Foot Soldier to Battle damage footsoldier

and some other crazy mutations. with flipup armor. It would be a turtle in karate gear and at the flip of a switch they would be covered in samurai armor.
