Slow down, only joking. That was quick.

Looks great, fit in with the rest of the team for sure. Id say do a shorter tail Sludge though, you probably are. Im guessing thats why you didnt put it on already...

Hi and yes the tail will be much shorter and i aim to make the all the limbs look much different from sludge. i would like to stay away from a Hasbro twin re-paint.
thanks for you input. i looked into the stuff i use and i think it is HIPS Sheets, some kind of recycled plastic sheet. i will look into it a bit harder and update you when i know more

    Update 3

Well here is another update and I now have the transformation sorted the next steps will be the clean up and then the detail. I have added as well a tilting mechanism for the Dino head as can be seen in some of the photos. this has been a lot harder than my sludge and at one stage nearly got binned.I know it rough at this stage and is still WIP.

Thanks for you time in looking and please take the time to post a comment.

    Many thanks Dawgstar

I knew silverbolt would work well for the head. Do the hands go on after transfomation, I thought they were going to tuck away,

Looks really cool, I love how youve managed to cross MP & G1 together. Definately G1 style down to a tee..

Hi, Sadly the lower arms are to narrow to fit the hands inside but i may look into changing this but i dont think it is a huge biggie.

Im glade you like the build I tried to keep this as close to G1 but bringing it up to MP scale and up to date.

as for the head i sat looking at it and thinking does it does it not and then thought what the hell added some putty and the shaded eyes and then i thought yep thats Slag! lol.

I look at the hands and I reckon if you hollow out the blue toe, and up to below the hand. then put a pin through making it hinge up into the foot. I think that would tuck the hand away nicely. However its you build and Im just inputting to it.

    Keep the fab updates coming.

very interesting, just curious, with his hands are they parts that you have to plug into the dino feet and also what size is he? the legs seem a little to thin to balance all the weight properly but besides that brilliant absolutely brilliant, different approach to what I am using I must say but still brilliant.

Hi Jordy, he is making Slag to go with his awsome Masterpiece Sludge. So its MP Size.

The answer to the hands question is on page 3 of this thread...
