Yes a TFW TFCon meetup is definitely in order I think.

I'm going to be there for sure and this year's con is shaping up to be a particularly awesome one at that.

 

Anyone announced yet for a guest panel? Last year I didn't stay long, as my Dad drove me and he didn't want to spend 20 to get in. He and I aren't very close. So this year I might get my mom to drop me off and she can go shop around Toronto. Hopefully I can stay for more than just the dealer room, and this time bring more money   .

 

Are you selling the customs? Or just displaying?

I want to get some art work done by the guys that draw really fast. Does anyone know if that's free or if you have to pay>

 

I'll be there as well, and yes the artists do charge a fee for custom sketches and copies of their prints etc.

Yeah a TFW meetup would be good. This is my first one, as I just got re-into collecting and thus I have a large list of wants too (my spending will be maxed at 300-400 though), lots of doors and guns etc. to complete the bots I've been picking up in particular. I'll be going alone (though I live in TO, might be offering board for those in need), so for meeting others who better to meet than fellow TFWers

 

I have no idea what my limit will be. I want to pick up quite a bit, moslty G! boxed stuff. Looking for a G1 Jetfire, Blitzwing, Ultra Magnus and some clothes and stuff.

For me its more of a matter of hoping I don't get too much homework to go. I'm really there for a few shopping pieces and meet some fellow fans.

 

I'll just get all my homework the night or week before. I REALLY want to go this year since they announced that WST exclusive and the chance that we might get to see some/ all of the movie.

Is it worth it just to drop in on the one day with the parts party and a bit of dealer room action or what? I'm planning maybe just one day.
