its done its job well. i am now highly looking forward to more information about this game.

 

I went to that site Countdown to Transmission

unless you can read cybertronian it's useless

 

I don't give a shit about seeing a cut-scene. Yes, it was nice, but IMHO nothing unexpected.

I want to see extensive game play footage and screen caps, as well as read reviews. There's going to have to be pretty high praise for this game for me to spend money on it after the last two turds.

Bottom line: this game MUST have:

(1.) Non-linear gameplay. I want to roam around Cybertron a bit if you don't mind too much, and sometimes when I pop in the game, I just want to fart around a bit and don't really want to engage in any huge missions. I need a sandbox here, people!

(2.) Real missions, not just button mashing. Wave after wave of identical drones hasn't cut it since the days of Double Dragon. I need something immersive and intriguing. And seeing as how they are "Robots in Disguise," perhaps a stealth mission or two?

(3.) Useful transformations. And transformation must be able to be completed at will.

(4.) Multiplayer functions that make me want to renew my XBox Live.

(5.) No Wii version. Or PSP. Because I have both and I don't want to try a version on either and end up hating the game.

 

Wow. I dug that. I can't wait to see more bout the game.

 

Looks cool! Im not a gamer...like, at all, but I just might pick this up.

Prime looks like Animated Prime especially with his chest and the axe, oooh Omega Supreme! :O coolz can't wait for more footage!

 

love them cybertron modes. i hope to see some g1 earth modes and energon unlockable characters. this it baby i see a tonyhawk effect coming on here. no leaving the couch or talking to real people i cant wait!

That video really pumped me up for it, hope the gameplay reflect thats awesome intro.

 

Nice trailer, with current gen games consoles I expect the actual in-game models aren't that far away from what we see there just with possibly slightly less fancy texturing.

 

if that is indeed the fig from the game then we could safely bet that it ties in with the show

 

Nice cut-scenes, and I like the Prime design. Looking forward to seeing more.

 

I hope we get to free roam around Cybertron and explore it.

It would be cool if you could fly into space too and go to the moons but now i'm just babbling from the excitement.

 

Predictions:

This game is a prequel to the next series, the toyline of which will have some Cybertron-mode toys a la Animated.

-or-

It's unconnected to the next series, with a handful of game toys showing up in Universe 3.0.

 

Now, as others have said, it's just a trailer, and tells us nothing about the final game.

But.......

I can't help it. The trailer blew me away. I want this game NOW.

 

Well it's a nice enough trailer, but I'm keeping up here on the fence until I see gameplay.

 

Sure it's pretty, but... How does it play?

 

Wow.......I don't care what any of you say, Prime cutting a con right down the middle was badass.
