You are able to enter the Hidden Messages on the Boxes and would receive a codeword and a message to return on January 3rd to unlock the content.

From what I see there are a total of 50 locked files these are the codewords that unlock the First 8 Bios.

Iacon - Optimus Prime

Tarn - Shockwave
Forgeofsolus - Ultramagnus

Duocon - Skytread
Fortressmaximus - Cog
Maccadams - Hound

So unlike I thought these codes are not a teaser for whats to come.

Each unlocked file has a short video about the figure

 

Ok so this is Interesting if we look at the map it seems each file is based off a code on a figures box. the files are numbered based off that said figure's box number.

If we look at the highest number it's 51. If we look through all of the known leaked listings we only know 42 of them. it looks like 9 figures in siege are still unknown.
According to the catz leak 7 of those 9 are said to be Micromasters and battlemasters. (4 battlemasters and 3 micromaster teams are still unknown)

Correct me if I'm wrong. I did this (and posted screenshots in another thread) and it seemed the entry for #15 is unlockable right now, so that wluld be an extra from the figures released so far.

Wait where was it confirmed that aimless was in the firestormer pack? I know a third figure was listed but i thought all we knew was that its name started with "ai"?

 

The Chinese text next to the listing translates to Aimless.

 

Now that you pointed it out I went back and looked there are no Numbers that seem to coordinate with battlemasters and micro masters.

So the only figures that have codes are deluxe, voyager and leader.

So based on that I was able to compile the numbers on siege boxes and these file cant be unlocked yet but should pertain to these characters.

Ah ok well i wonder who else would be in it since the pack seems to cost $50 and a deluxe, micromaster team, and battlemaster would be overpriced if someone else wasn't included

 

The stop motion videos you unlock are... well, Hasbro should have been putting money into these rather than Machinima's stuff all along.

 

I wonder how those emblem patterns work.

With regards to the rank patches, for the Autobots, the top component denotes unit and the bottom denotes rank. Greenlight and Cog being Spec Ops and Artillery respectively are different from the Ground Command ones.

For the Decepticons, the centre denotes unit, outside denotes divison(Shockwave is space), and the bottom is rank.​

 

If we have 25 bots from Waves 1-4 retail + Ratchet and Greenlight, then we still need 6 more to get to 31.

So we have Omega Supreme, Firestormer, Skywarp pack.

This means another 3 more. Maybe SDCC, Amazon and BBTS?

 

Looking into the patterns it seems we can tell what locked files belong to what allegiance it seems.
It seems any size class lower than a deluxe does not get a file. So I would look at the locked files as Deluxe or above Size class wise.
