Weeeeell, the final part of episode two is finally finished and uploaded. I suppose I should APOLOGIZE on behalf of YouTube even though it is THEIR fault. the audio got a hiccup in it at the beginning (something due to the upload process I'm sure) and it caused the WHOLE video to be out of sync with the audio. And the quality of the video is bad compared to the version on my own PC. So sorry about the quality issues.

ANYWAYS, the next one will be a three-parter and may all be in one video. It will premiere EXCLUSIVELY at BotCon before it's released on YouTube! It's going to be, wait for it! ...LEGENDARY! I have a new animator helping me and a new computer/new recording equipment so it should be "mind-bottling."   So keep an eye out, kids!!!

 

would you guys like me to make a playlist or unedited video or something that puts all the parts into one episode? just lemme know. depending on your response as to whether i will do it or not. going to be giving out TF: UM t-shirts at BotCon as well!!!

The conspiracies get even crazier! I love it! Hot Rod and Arcee as Optimus and Elita's kids? Mind-blowing!

The titles for the eyewitnessses were funny: "Kup-Senile Eyewitness", "Springer-Not Jerry", "Wheeljack-scientist, failed inventor". LOL!

And Optimus becoming a VA after the movies? I think you put a little of yourself in that bit didn't you, Jon? You're a professional now!

I wish i could go to Botcon now. I want to see your new video and get a T-shirt from you! Alas, it's too far away.

 

I love everything except the "morphing" of the faces from the animation. I think it greatly detracts from an otherwise great masterpiece of comedy. Otherwise, I've always thoroughly enjoyed these.  

 

These are completely and utterly fantastic.

Yeah, sorry. I have to use CrazyTalk to animate some still shots because I simply don't have the kinda time to devote to doing a perfect dub. It saves me SO much time that it's worth the sacrifice of making an "imperfect" video. Just too busy these days.

it's "WHEELIES" dangit! lol. and no, this isn't the last one. i have another 3-parter planned that will be premiering exclusively at botcon along with my other video... at least i hope i will be allowed to play them at botcon. :/ in either case, they will aire on youtube AFTER botcon so no more awesomeness until june, guys. sorry for the wait. i'll be doing SOMETHING to hold you over until then.

 

i dunno, the morphing face thing works perfectly in some places and looks like their faces are being mashed up in others.

either way, these are excellent - sort of anti-fanwank, they crack me up

Well let me ask you guys this, CrazyTalk CAN render mouth movements without emotion, just animating the mouth which is more like G1 animation... would you rather see that instead? I add emotion because I like how the eyes move not the face. It adds a more serious, dramatic element to the videos.... plus it saves a LOT of time.

 

personally, i'm good with the occasionally mashed-up faces. it's worth it for the moments an eyebrow raises at exactly the right moment or whatevs.

and to be perfectly fair, it never looks OMFGYOUBROKEIT bad, just sometimes it's not as clean as others iyswim.

 

That's exactly what I don't like. The morph thing is pretty much the only thing I don't like about my boy jon's work here. I just think it's a lot funnier when the voices are sinced with the stock animation. They're generally just moving their mouths anyways, and not speaking specific letters of words.
