I saw in Walmart that they have Transformers G1 Universe. Is it for the 25th Anniversary? And where can i find the full list of Transformers Universe Toys?

    Thanks

Everything in your post begs for a "welcome to the past" comment.

But seriously - your Walmart has UNIVERSE toys on the shelves? Which ones? :peoples:

You do know that Universe is a line that came out, like, three years ago? (Unless it's the Universe line from before that.) Either way, those toys are not new.

Ok, the 25th anniversary of Transformers was back in 2009 so you can see our confusion. Various incarnations of universe toylines have been happening off and on since around 2004. The Generations line started fall last year so to sum it up you're reeeaaallllyyyy late to the party.

You can find out about Universe toys here in our resources section.

I might be late to the party cause i lost track of transformers for a while when G1 died in 1987 i turned my focus on Ninja Turtles in the 90's so i didnt know what was going on in the TF World until 2006 when i saw a trailor of TF action movie so i apologise if i may be late on my stuff

That's cool, no need to apologize. I stopped collecting TF figures around that time too. I just got sucked back in sooner than you. And yeah with all of the information on the net of all of the different TF toy lines it is easy to become overwhelmed.

If you are looking for modern updated versions of G1 figures, Hasbro created the Classics line in late 2006 as something to fill up store shelves after Cybertron ended and before releasing the 2007 movie toys. It was only supposed to be a filler toy, line but proved to be pretty popular so the concept was eventually used again (but called Universe 2.0 (2008), and Generations).

... seriously though, I often loose track of the set names & just break things down by size class. That way, I not only get things organized easily on my end, but I also get to confuse the shit outa others in the process.

True, but it's just strange for someone with over 500 posts not even notice anything from Classics, Universe, RTS and Generations for the past five years.

On that page, there's a misconception about Powermaster Prime being the original Prime toy. This is true for me, since it was the only Prime toy I was exposed to. I even convinced a friend that his trailer doesn't disappear in the cartoon, it just transforms into his legs. XD
