I think this is the result of the Tech Deck Dudes thing. Awhile back, Tech Deck introduced robot looking guys whose design, mottos and bios (though swapped around between characters) were VERY VERY SIMILAR to Transformers characters.

Optimus Prime was called "Minga" (including a Nemesis Prime redeco):

    and here's Megatron

The Tech Deck Dudes website no longer list them, which means it's likely that Hasbro got wind of this and pressured Tech Deck to stop making them, and assuming these Universe fingerboards are made by the same company, it's possible that the two companies worked out a deal for Tech Deck to make licensed Transformers-branded Tech Deck boards.

If you take soem time and dig through the tech deck figures you will find there are tons of characters rip offs. Of the top of my head I know I have seen, Hellboy, X-Men's Cyclops, and God of War. I doibt hasbro took any action as alot of there stuff would be gone.

I do have the two you should and could get tempted to replace the crappy pack in boards with the new ones

That's pretty cool, and unexpected. might get one or two of them for a couple of my smaller TF figures.

There's also 2 other Tech-Deck Dudes based off of Rodimus Prime and Ultra Magnus.

One was available in a multipack though. I think it was the Rodimus one.
