I have the Transformers Universe Galvatron toy. It has the markings of "GALV-25" on the main gun torret which in robot mode his right shoulder where his main weapon is attached. What kind of Tank is he? Galvatrons main color is grey with orange and purple as well. The main gun has a tranlusant orange.

Oh wow did not realize that he was actually pretty close to a real tank. Neat.

    An Israeli tank.

Something tells me one of those tanks is the Depcticon Leader in disguise.

Little extra trivia for you is that the 25th letter of the alphabet is 'Y' and 'GALVY' is Galvatron's nickname (in the TF fandom at least). :)

Or... It's "GALV" for Galvatron, and "25" is because they were anticipating TF's 25th Anniversary.

Sometimes, i think i'm the only person on this board who managed to buy a Universe Galvatron that doesn't fall apart as soon as i breathe on it.

LOL......you're not. I'm also lucky enough not to have that happen. I do, however, think that the mold would've benefitted more if it were bigger so that problem wouldn't have persisted.

Is the mold similar to Universe Megatron's? I got the 2-pack with him & Prime and he falls apart whenever I look at him the wrong way...

No, it's a completely different mold.

While I would enjoy him more if he were larger, perhaps allowing proper articulation in the right shoulder in the process, I love him to bits. The joints and connections on mine are quite tight, and I'm a sucker for crazy complex transformations like he has. And I really enjoy the realistic, well-detailed update to his somewhat doofy original design.

Mine holds together just fine. I actually even kinda like the figure.
Yeah, it is a flawed design, but when you have one that doesn't fall apart it's not really that horrible of a figure.
If nothing else, he looks good next to Cyclonus on the shelf.

Yeah, different mold as said, but that 2 pack one is horrible, IMO

Mine is tight as well. one problem I have is that the main gun torret sometimes pop off and one of the back pack things come off.
