Personality: Swindle is the angriest salesman of all time. Perhaps once a charmer who would guile his way through deals with a silver tongue. But nowadays the Universe is too cruel-- too paranoid to fall for mere guile nowadays. Swindle has since resorted to violence and intimidation in order to secure his funds. Oh he still sells you the weapon at the end of the day. He simply does so by tying you up and beating you with it until you consent to the transaction. Some would wonder why he doesn't simply kill his "business partners" given all the abuse he's willing to dish out, but others just assume he likes to pretend he's still a salesman. He's lost more than a few marbles over the years.

Weapons and Abilities: Swindle's got a giant chest cannon and whatever else he's got on hand. His armament is varied, though a lot of it is junk.
