Not gonna lie, I really wanna watch this just for Megatron. I really enjoyed his characterization in Combiner Wars.

Those still images of the show look great, can't wait to see them at a silky smooth 5 frames per second.
Smooth as a god damn cat's tongue.

    Commenting just to say \"meh\"...

I mean, clearly Hasbro doesn't care enough to rain money on this show,
but it still has that cringe-worthy, fan-made quality to it.

Only good thing to come out of this is Megatron... But yet I still will find myself watching this.

I'm assuming that Verizon is paying a chuck of the cost. Otherwise it would air on a service people actually had. I'll Pirate it like I did last time. I'm not giving up the ability to buy unlocked phones to switch to Verizon, all over a cartoon.

How odd they got Trypticon in this but no VA announced for him.

If they are gonna go the Internet route, he better be voiced by KaiserNeko from TeamFourStar.

BAH-Hahaha!!! Oh man, ain't that the truth.

As criminally atrocious as the Combiner Wars series was, I'm still cautiously optimistic about this one(against my better judgement). Hopefully Machinima learned from their mistakes & they can finish off the trilogy without utterly failing this time. *fingers crossed*

Better than the animation in RiD15, I really can't stand it.

RID's worst sequences still have a drop of bodily expression and is storyboarded by people that seem to actualy have blood in their pulse, so no, sorry but no. Polygon Pictures is on a whole different level than this Machinima schlock.

Agreed. I cannot speak of wrongdoing by the folks who brought us the spell-bounding Tron: Uprising show

Sorry, not sorry but wright and shininess mean shit to me when it looks way to cartoony and is meant to be a sequel to another series that had a more serious design to it's characters.

Agreed. Polygon Pictures is so good that I forget that the animation is 3D though it feels 2D. That's how good they are. They are really good at the work they do. I was most impressed by their work on Transformers: Prime. I remember the scene with foliage and a scene where some really amazing martial art moves were involved.

I really wish to see them working on a future TF project. But now that Hasbro owns Boulder Media, they might like to do things in-house for cost cutting reasons. But Boulder is an amazing studio as well. They really put a lot of care an attention to the work they do.

It doesn't matter what it means to you or what, frankly ignorant, flagposts you set for quality, animation standards have been set by professionals and artists that mastered the artform and anyone with basic knowledge of those can see how hard these Machinima shorts fail compare to what Polygon Pictures does with RID. The're award winning professionals for a reason and Combine Wars a visual embarassment for related reasons.

I actually look forward to this series. Not because I think it will be good but because we get to shred another of these again. Lets unite and riff together my bois.
