Tell me If you like The Movie Game or not.
I Know this is a Non-Transformers board but, still its games and anime
Terrible game. I hated it. So mad I blew $70 for the useless Cybertron Edition.
I enjoyed it okay. They could have done something better to improve it like letting you replay levels as whatever character you want. And one of the last levels REALLY frustrated me. I might be worth checking out if you can get it used since the driving and transforming was fun enough.
Maybe give it a rent first.
I bought it a month or so ago but lost interest fairly quick...and I wanted to like the game. I'll still play it to beat it, but I'm not gonna sink in hours upon hours trying to fulfill all of the various Achievements.
What he said.
Terrible, awful, craptacular game.
Probably the worst game for the 360 this year.
And, I too bought the collector's edition.
A "bonus level" where you can't transform and everyone who bought the regular game gets anyway?
Interviews on the bonus disc that were shorter than their versions on the website?
GAWD, I was a sucker.
Terrible, boring, lame, unoriginal, linear, simple, etc etc etc.
Thank god I only rented it from gamefly.
HORRID, especially on the Wii.
I quite enjoyed it actually. I've gone through both of the campaigns, and while the timed missions are total garbage, for a game you can just pick up and run around in, it's pretty fun.
While it's not as good as the armada game for the ps2 that came out, it's certainly not anything near as bad as TF: Tataki
The basic mechanics of the game work pretty well throughout the game, with generally smooth framerate, good controls, and decent colision detection. There are some glitches, and sometimes you'll hit an enemy, but for some reason your hit won't connect. This has to do with the way the designers made the game so that you have to go through certain steps in order to make your enemy vulnerable to attack. It, like the limited number of actual enemies, is one of the major problems with the game through, since it makes the game tedious and borring at times.
Overall, I'd say it's a good game, but don't expect a very deep game.
People are too hard on this game but mainly because it cost so much. This should have been a discount $30 title, and the cybertrons exclusive level that was in no way exclusive was a kick in the pants at $70. I had some fun with it- there is defintely worse, but it's by no means great or what I'd hope a Transformer game should be.
I was a victim to bro....................
The only thing this game made me do was replay the PS2 Armada game.
I can't even get it to play on my PC even though my computer's specs are greater than the required ones. Go figure.
Consider yourself lucky, you won't have to go through the thumb-numbingly hard missions
PS2 version-- Liked it a little. Some of the Decepticon missions were just insane, and many of the drones were way too annoying for their own good.
DS version-- Liked it a lot-- really fun to play through and through, though the Allspark Wars got a bit repetitive.
this game sucks, i havent played it since i beat it.
i have it on wii and you basically just flail around to win. As long as you keep attacking you dont get hit by anything...... and no character select ruins any kind of replay value.
I hated that the only replay value is running around blindly trying to find energon cubes so i could unlock old dreamwave artwork.
SKIP IT and buy armada for ps2, thats a real game
The Wii version... you just know "innovative use of the remote" doesn't apply when the remote is your camera AND attack option.
I know. That part really gets on my nerves. They could have handled the camera better on the Wii.
360: I didn’t care for it. I played it for about 2 hours and traded it in. The nice thing about taking back as soon as I did was I got a good amount for it.
PSP: I played it to the end but it was rather dull.
I forgot about the DS game. That one was the best IMO. I liked the scanning of new modes and once you beat it you could go back and play as any character you used in the game. I wish the console games had been more like the DS one.
