    They should be out everywhere now since the release date was October 1st. They're out here at my LGS in New Zealand, too. Boosters as well as starter decks.
    Booster boxes appear to be the same MSRP as Magic booster boxes. Same with single packs.

    Their release has been reeeeeally slow in Australia... with just a very few sporadic sightings at random gaming stores before this kmart sighting.
    This is the first finding of them at a national retailer, so it should now make it easier for most Australians to get them.
