Here is a preview of IDW's Transformers: Tales of the Fallen #2...
Tales of the Fallen #2
I like the art. The way things are going, all I'm interested in from IDW now are the movieverse comics.
Gee Demolishor, you sure are drawn straight from the toy.
lol thats true.
the comic looks awesome
Wow. That Demolisher is just pathetic. Rest of the art seems rather messy as well...But the story seems quite interesting.
Wow..kind of weird. The art is pretty good, and then all of a sudden there is a blatantly crappy toy Demolishor in there!...
Anyway looks interesting. It's the cliché 'they killed my village, I want revenge' motivation so far, but eh..we'll see how it turns out. I guess better than Bumblebee doing his mischievous things
this level of carnage pre-ROTF doesn't really jive with the prequel comics or the movies assertion that things had been kept relatively on the down-low in the on-Earth conflict since the first movie. Also kind of odd that Cybertron demolisher has a totally standard bipedal silhouette. I think something could have been done there too hint @ his earth shape.
and, just not really feeling the art in general. the Milne cover is epic though.
Hello. My Name Is Sideswipe Motoroil. You Killed My Father. Prepare to die.
Eh, not bad. I'll get it when the trade hits.
I love how we have to buy a comic book to get some characterization for a character, when we should have gotten it in the movie...(This is coming from someone who does actually like the movie for what it was)
"We weren't planning on giving you any real development in the movie medium, but here ya go, you can pay for this, to get that...however...when the next movie comes out, with it's comic books...this will probably get contradicted."
So this is retconning Alliance issue 4 where Sideswipe comes to Earth with Arcee and the Twins. That's alright I suppose, it was a minor scene.
Ugh. Why can't IDW ever get the art right? The writing looks good though, and I'll be getting the TPB in order to read more about these underdeveloped characters.
So Sideswipe's character is that he's basically a big arrogant dick?...That's nice.
He must have been angry when he found out Prime killed his nemesis in the movie, while he was off killing Sideways.
We already know what drives Sideswipe: Sgt. Epps.
The art looks pretty great and dynamic. That Demolisher toy design is kind of odd. But the rest of it looks pretty exciting..
I especially like the more graphic designy cover. Love Trevor Hutchinson's stuff and this feels in the same vein. I like it when they bring graphic style and sophistication to the covers.
Exactly. And because he knows he can't fight Optimus, he takes out his anger on old Ironhide, just because he was there.
Demolishor aint so innocent now, is he?
Separate names with a comma.
