    I think TF will be around 110mil just before it hits IMax, and then it will try to take down Shrek 3. Go! Transformers! Go!!

    Regardless, it will still take down 2 star wars sequel & possibly another Harry Potter & LOTR in the US all time BO.

    I expected this to happen sooner or later. Transformers was just too close to POTC3 gross and as a later release, I figured it would happen sooner or later.

    Funny thing is - according to Box Office Mojo - you could've made 2 Transformers movie with the budget used to make POTC3, and TF has made more money now in the US. How sweet is that?

    Spider-man 3 did very well for a movie that had relatively poor word-of-mouth, didn't it?
