Can second that. TLK Bee felt A LOT lighter than SS Jazz...

My head canon says that Bee’s Camaro mode has just been modded so much to the point its even lighter than a stock Pontiac Solstice XD

    They tab in robot mode.
It’s on the side of the panel in to the outter wheel well.

Edit: didn’t see the response before mine. DOH!

I don't have the figure, but I've had a chance to handle it and it's most definitely a scout scale figure. I actually really miss this size class when it comes to transformers. I can't wait to find a decent copy of the toy.

Jazz definitely feels like a fun companion in your office desk fun transformation that is "Perfect" Where it is pretty clever and complex and still quick to switch back between modes and a very poseable robot to boot!

I am still very amazed as to how despite him being smaller than Lockdown he weighs just like Lockdown too. More fun than Lockdown if you ask me.

Found him today an bought him. He feels like he scales with Optimus who is too small but not the rest of the Studio Series. Even if the car mode is 100% realistic in scale and proportion, it just feels too small.

My copy has a bad front wheel and some really bad paint on the right arm and door. His arm has a fingerprint in the paint that wasn't visible though the box, which disappoints me. I don't know if it is enough to make me want to try and return him for another one, if I find one. I bought the only Jazz at Walmart and none of the other stores I have been to had him.

My standard silver paint is not a match, so I can't easily repair the paint issues and I don't want to repaint the entire figure.

    Negatives:
    He's tiny, very very tiny.
    The backpack is pretty bad.
Bad wheel and paint on my copy.
Loose thigh that will require polish.
The roof peg that needs to go into the waist is extremely hard to fit on mine. You need to peg it in before folding the legs and it's translucent plastic, probably going to break at some point.
The paint is only on the car body, the legs don't really match.
The majority of the figure is translucent plastic that may become an issue over time.
    Should have been $15.

    Positives:
    He looks good.
Really looks like a Solstice GXP in car mode.
    Very good articulation.
    Great little tiny headscuplt.

We probably aren't going to get another movie Jazz and this SS figure looks great, so you buy him. He just needed to be 10-15% bigger just like Optimus does. So far with the Studio Series I have loved the look of each figure, but have been let down by the final execution. Lockdown looks great, but when you inspect him you really see that the figure really is a robot with a car on his back. The transformation is almost like the one step where the legs fold together and the arms raise up above the head. In car mode you can flip him over and see 100% of the robot staring back at you.

It's like they are 95% there and that is what makes it a disappointment, like they should be perfect and you're paying for them to be. I would not have accepted the paint flaws on my figure as a QC inspector.

    Overall grade:

I like it but can't love it.

Jazz is a tiny boy, and relatively simple, but good looking overall, though not very easy to get a 'clean' car mode as some have noted. I like Jazz a bit more than Lockdown, though IMO Lockdown is a smidge better looking when both modes are averaged.

If you make sure to peg the ass into the roof, 99% of the time you'll get a flush alt mode.

Just got mine, and all I can say is, WOW!
He's small, but I think he is the best(movie) figure I own.

But I do have a thought, so hear me out.
I'm a little(ok a lot) OCD about my Tfs, and the fact that he has two different hands really bothers me, so would someone like to trade one of his hands, so that we both might have an even Jazz?

Please let me know if you're interested,
    Thanks.

I switched the hands so that his weird 5mm hand is usually flipped away for the gun and I don’t have to look at it

I have ebeen pegging the gun into the hand while it is closed and it makes the arm look more compact and as if the forearm actually transforms into the weapon like the movie

I do like how you can leave either hand unrotated into the forearm and plug the gun onto either hinge. Neat touch.

I was surprised at the amount of pins this figure had, especially coming off from the TLK line where I was disappointed by the lack of pins. Also surprised by the paint.....so glad Hasbro painted this.

It also helps those who swap hands so if they go for double claws he can still hold his gun.

You don't like the 5mm hand?
Would you trade it with me then?
(You send the 5mm off your's to me and I send you the claw off mine?)

Ah, THAT was the missing ingredient. Much better!

Seems both Jazz and Lockdown are molds that require you to know the specific ins and outs to avoid frustration. (Lockdown getting things done in the right order, Jazz making sure the little internal pegs and latches are all pegged and latched.)

He's an improvement over Bee, no parts popping off. Feels like an action fig that happens to transform, like a compressed HA Jazz.

Jazz & Bee's sizes are just right. Nice having smaller bots with deluxe proportions that don't sacrifice playability for a $5-10 scout class budget.

His gun sorta looks like a micro city. Where SWTF Lando would live, lolol
