i hope the OST will be as good as the likes of Godzilla or Scorpion King soundtracks, but thats just me. I would like some hard rock/metal acts there but i cant picture them for the movie as of the moment. I think goo goo was commissioned for the wider audience because areas like here they are well known, MTV asia always plays mainstream.
I hope they include there Sevendust, Avenge7fold, killswitch to name a few, it could fit in the explosions we should expect in this movie.

They were actually a hard rock band before they started writing cheesy love songs.
Check out their song "Long Way Down".
Excellent rockin' tune.
My cover band throws that one into a set from time to time.

 

i really dont care besides the poo poo dolls? jeezus was bay like out of drugs or something, who makes the final decision on who's in who's out on sdtk listings? well it is just one song lets hope the rest is salvageble

 

And in my opionion Long Way Down (at least I believe it was that song) worked nicely in it's role in Twister too. Without spoiling anything I have a feeling that this song will just be something playing in the background on the radio of a certain character and this soundtrack will most likely consist of several other tracks possibly some classic rock songs that will be used in a similar manner...and Nickleback for the credits.

While I understand that Aerosmith song sucked, as a band the are infinitely better. GooGooDolls are about as appealing as a root canal.

 

Not a bad choice, I like the Goo Goo Dolls, a lot better than all that indie punk metal whatever crap thats so big these days, seriously out of all the things to complain about this movie, you guys are choosing this? Haha, ok.

Goo Goo Dolls blow harder than Jenna Jameson in a gangbang. Dude, what other cheesy, shitty, pop bullshit bands are we gonna get? Next their gonna release that crappy EMO bands such as My Chemical dipshits are on the sound track. How about some Hendrix, Zep, Pantera, Rage Against the MACHINE?....hell...even Velvet Revolver would be better than the Goo Goo Dolls....That band is a bunch of sissys who need vagisil for their pussitus.
