Preview: Transformers: Sector 7 #3 - Comic Book Resources
Looks pretty good so far!
So obviously that story takes place in the 40's so if this is movie canon does that support the whole time travel theory?
It takes place in the early 30s. Don't know what time travel theory you're referring to.
This issue takes place in the 30s, #4 during WWII, and the final during the early 50s I think.
i am loving S7 so far. i love all the nods to history it makes.
XD at the end, "giant transforming robot with machine guns for hands, we misplaced it 20 years ago.." and the look she gives him, very funny
and whoever this bot is, he stole jazz's head!
This actually caught my attention. If they paint hubcap black, give him that head, then I will buy that repaint instantly.
Wow, they used to have some pretty good artists working on these. What happened?
Jazz huh? In the cover...?
lol, I love this, seeing Transformers in different eras. How is this series? Might have to get the TPB.
Jazz is alive?
I've been loving this series but the covers have been really lackluster, like somebody playing around with clip-art.
I agree with the repainting of Hub Cap into a black car to represent this guy. And I hope they give it a fitting name for him, as Clyde was known for naming things. (Like his guns.)
That Dark of the Moon has time travel stuff in it.
Isn't Sector 7 comic the prequel or in between thing to Revenge of the Fallen and Dark of the Moon?
It's a prequel to the Earth portion of the movieverse. It tells the stories that took place between when humanity discovered the Transformers in the first place and when movie 1 happened. I don't understand how that means there's going to be time travel in DOTM.
Nope, this probably is backup information to the pictures in Simmons shows Sam in the Rise of the fallen movie.
This is most likely a seeker in disguise, since a picture of a seeker is shown in car form that looks exactly the same like this car/bot.
And for the record, no one can steal Jazz's thunder .
hmm, bonny and clyde? that's stretching it a bit. would have been far better to have them as just random unheard of crooks
Nah, this is a car that was accidentally brought to life by the AllSpark when it was excavated in 1913.
Good lord, that cover is atrocious. Photoshop filter =/= good artwork.
However, the comic itself has much better art. I like how it's got that retro look to it that you would find in old super hero comics.
I could s**t a better comic book.
