A few days ago last weekend I was at Walmart and saw that the original Transformers animated show was on clearance for DVD for Seasons 1, 2 and the Seasons 3 and 4 that took place after the movie. All seasons were on sale for 10 bucks which was pretty snazzy. Better than the 14.99 sale for Thundercats Season 1 Volume 1

Anywayz I have a question. Are those creepy multi faced judge robot heads are they in Seasons 3 and 4 alot?

I don't know exactly how many of the final thirty three episodes they appear in, but it's probably about half the episodes. Which is kind of weird, because they didn't feature a toy that was being sold. So it's surprising that it was that many episodes.

Yeah, it's gotta be at least half of Season 3.

Too much Quintessons is one of the reasons I disliked season three.

I also have a question about season 3 on dvd..why didn't they put the episodes in chronological order like they did season 2? yeah the quints are in about half of the episodes, two of which became marvel comic books...'the quintison journal" and "big broadcast of 2006" which I found to be strange since primus was the creator of the transformers in the comic book timeline and not the quints..

Fortunatly, the majority of the episodes are stand alone episodes with very little continuity.

I loved the Quintisans in the movie... because they were very alien, different, mysterous. To me they were a big part of the tag line "beyond good, beyond evil". What sucked is that in season 3 they were ruined by shoving them into creator status. It was just so lazy imo.

This. I believe the Quints lied to the Transformers about the truth of Primus.
