Transformers: ROTF game question

    Well, in the Decepticon campaign in the Last zone/mission where you fight the Fallen as Megatron, you fly instead of transform into Tank mode. After that I wanted to play as him in fly mode in the free-roaming, but he always transformed into Tank mode, so how do you play as Megatron in fly mode?
