Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009)
I believe you mean $500,000,000. $500,000 would be more than a box-office bomb.
good! maybe send some to hasbro and revive Universe 2.0? i want some new stuff.
at the thread title.
If a thread was made for every half mil, then we'd see the entire first page filled with box office related box office threads
Good, I was worried it would miss that $500k mark.
No wonder GM went under.....
lols thats a good one
Half a billion, worldwide. The critics still call this a failure of a movie? How is this even possible? I love the movie, so I can't understand it, but let's approach it from another angle for a moment.
If it really is as bad as everyone (negative) claims, how is this possible? That many voices to be heard can't all have bad taste.
And that, further proves that critics are absolutely and completely wrong on this one.
I normally don't give two shits what a critic thinks (even though in the long run I end up agreeing with them at some point), but this guaranteed that I won't be listening to them before hand, and I won't comment on whether or not they're wrong until after I've seen the film they're critiquing.
Hell, they gave TF07 a consensus of B on Yahoo! Movies, while this one received a C+. That to me proves they don't always know what the hell they're talking about. And with a half bil take so far, just further proves they ain't worth shit.
awesome movies superior, good movies inferior
This may just be the truth for all movies ever. I certainly didn't feel excited, happy and thinking "holy shitfuck that was a damn awesome movie" after watching The Dark Knight, for example, as I did with both the Transformers movies.
