Friggin awesome work....I hope to be able to do somthing similar one day...but for some reason the bit torrent of the first episode does not work for me...?
excellent!! try the direct download at energon plant (link a few posts behind) maybe tfarchive.org still has it for download too, at least they used to...
Omg!!!! *borrows Silentdarth's mop after getting off floor* Seriously tho - I am thoroughly AMAZED at what you've done. Like someone else posted, I haven't anticipated a film (for lack of better word, as it takes as much work) more than future episodes of Redemption. Thanks for the hard work. And if I can make it to BotCon (I have a room reserved, but $$ may not workout), I will be looking you up to audition for Jetfire - I can't quite drop my voice low enough for Magnus Looking out for more! (like, the other trailer, someone mentioned w/ Prime & another) VAwitch
Awesome work Draven! Tell me whenever you need any sound effects help or hosting assistance. TFCog.com is also hosting the original Redemption episode, shameless plug.
Absolutely beautiful buddy! I cannot wait to see the full thing! Though i may have to wait till its available after botcon as i don't know whether i can make it yet or not...
No way I can make BotCon, but I love stage acting & character creation of the like - I'd love a shot at doing something like this, if you'd like a listen of my voice~ State finalist for Forensics - Dramatic Interp in 2002, and only person I know of to take Monty Python to state finals - MIFA can be quite stuffy at times, so thats a bit of an accomplishment (though I didn't see Wrek-Gar in that line up, so I dunno if that particular talent is worth anything...)
These movies go beyond anything I've ever seen on TV in terms of animation quality and enthusiasm for the source material. I only hope that Megatron gets the thrashing he so richly deserves from Prime...I hated how he joined forces with the Autobots in the G2 comic before Prime got any payback for the defeats he suffered or for the destruction of his friends. Also, is there any chance of auditioning via Skype? I have a certificate in theatre studies, and I've performed in a wide range of genres, so I do have some performance experience as well.
Draven, great work there. I was particularly impressed by the particle effects. I get a slight Andrew Wildman vibe from Prime in the trailer. Was that intentional?
Specifically, Prime's eyes above the faceplate. I'm a big fan of Wildman and Senior, too. I wish IDW could get Senior to do some covers or something.
yeah, i always thought that too, wildman's eyes always were very expresive , but the noses he used to draw in transformers creeped me out a little one quick and spoilerish question... when are we going to see megs new mode?
I just saw the trailer for Episode 2. Great work! I instantly downloaded the first episode. Will watch that one this weekend. I can't wait to download the second episode. Canada is a little to far for me to travel, although I'd love to be at an American Transformers convention sometime in the near future.
Pete... freakin' awesome. I've been waiting years for this, so a few more months I can handle I remember when I was a n00b, and seeing your Shockwave Render... gave me a case of the drools man.
OK. Remember how I said that Episode II was going to be rendered at 640x480, so it was clearer and had more detail? Here is a test of some of the footage in the trailer, at final render resolution: 9.4Mb ZIP, DivX video
