If there was ever a reboot for the Transformers films, what would you want the title to be? I know that the most common choices by fans are "The Transformers", "Transformers: More than Meets the Eye", or "Transformers: Robots in Disguise" (although I feel that the latter two would be better for sequels), but why not try to conjure up something else. As much as I think, "The Transformers", is a good reference to the original name of the Generation One cartoon much like how the Spider-Man reboot will be titled, "The Amazing Spider-Man", in reference to the original comic books, I feel it could be too confusing for moviegoers who've seen the first three films. Maybe something like "Transformers Reborn" or something of a similar nature would be good. What do you think?
It doesn't change the name everyone knows, yet it is different [which is essentially the purporse of a reboot: Keep the same feeling, yet being different].
THIS. Thoughts on a reboot vs. TF4 aside, This is my idea. The Transformers: More Than Meets the Eye, or simply More Than Meets the Eye. Really, think about Spider-Man vs. The Amazing Spider-Man. Other than the official comic adjective, it's not really much different, yet it is enough to differentiate them at first glance for the audience.
I really don't want another movie but my title would be:"Transformers Beginnings" I guess. I really don't care too much.
This. For a first movie, its what you want. Sometimes, simplicity is the deepest. Sequels would be TF: More than meets the eye (as the world comes to grips with their existence) and TF: Robots in Disguise (as the Cons use all their skills in Deception to try and close out the war).
I said, "IF"! Can you stop commenting on my articles relating to a possible TF reboot saying that there won't be one. God, that's annoying.
Or what about, "Transformers: Don't bring TF4 into this thread or else I'll report you to the staff at TFW2005"?
Sheezus, no need to get hostile. It's just TF4. We don't even know it'll happen. What about Transformers: War on Earth? Kinda generic, but still.
