The movie will definitely surpass the $150m mark this weekend.... I truly hope that, in comparison, they beat the s**t out of HP!

And it's not out in Europe completely yet... This will hit $200mil when it's out throughout Europe.

What are the final numbers on Spidey3/POTC3 worldwide? I'm certain we are gonna beat them.

Well Harry and all the other big movies don't have the long opening week and holiday combo that Tranformers had so comparing figures on the per day should be on Transformers favor. I don't think Transformers will have the highest grossing day. I'm actually amazed that it hasn't made more than that.

Damn this movie is popular. I was expecting it to be but this is blowing me away. In only one week its almost completely made back its budget. I guess that means the next month to 3 months(not sure how long it will stay in thearters with this popularity) will be pure profit minus the cost of shipping the film to thearters. I bet the next TF movie will be able to get a bigger budget after this success.

To all the naysayers , bay haters

the tf movie definently is a huge hit and i was thinking the movie did suck in certain ways that i wish i could fix or at least adjust but writers , director , producers certainly were gambling their money with a property like tranformers. A few months ago everyone predicted a huge bomb , heck even my favorite film of this year grindhouse which to me was better made than tf bombed at the box office but the tf people got their formula for a box office hit right and now they can reap the awards . its truly inspiring actually to me since i'm a aspiring film maker myself to aim for trying to get a hit movie made , but ya the tf movie could have been better. 150 million budget or not , i would have at least made jazz survive .

Eh....you probably should take out that last sentence or hide it, the Movie is still new and some people haven't seen it and don't want it ruined.

When the first teaser poster came out with just '2007' on the bottom, I got it, framed it, put it on the wall, and I was content that we finally got far enough to warrant a live-action movie poster. Everything since is just gravy to me.
