    Even the Voyager one looks like Shit. They really dropped the ball on the chest windows on these toys.

    ^ I think it's just a challenging design (and slightly mis-TFed as well). Still better than the big hinge-chest on the Deluxe.

    If Hasbro has taught us anything in recent years, it is to NEVER get excited about the pimped out promo pics of new figures until we actually see the finalized versions in hand... because 99% of the time the paint jobs are always underwhelming by comparison. I thought the promo pic of Voyager Prime looked amazing when it was released, but sure enough when we saw the actual toy, everything that looked grey & silver in the pic was just more of that shitty smokey & off-white plastic that we see them use all the time now. Particularly noticeable on the chest windows.

    Personally speaking, I'm waiting to see Takara's paint jobs before I buy ANY of the Hasbro versions. While I didn't like their metallic paint jobs on the Japanese Animated toys, I think it would look amazing on the Prime figures... assuming of course that they even do it.
