Now I'm confused I'm not trying to buy anything from you? I was just expressing my disappointment that we (the US) might get skipped over for the later FE's that where released. But at this point thats only speculation.

 

Hasbro is an American company with a presence in many international markets. Transformers are designed in conjunction with Takara a Japanese company, and manufactured in China.

....and unless you're another supposed insider, with knowledge on future products, how exactly are you in a position to write off the RID line as "crap-tastic"?

If you have information to support your claim that FE toys are "more sought after" we'd all like to see it by the way.

I think it's kind of BS... As much as I'd love to see these things in Walmart tonight after I get off work, but I know I'm going to be disappointed.. I have a feeling that these may be in the stock rooms on the west coast, and this seller may be someone who has access to them... Or maybe he/she simply bought all of the available stock in whatever store they were at just to oversell the piss out of them. Should probably keep an eye on this seller to see if they start putting up more listings after these get bought by some poor sap.

 

O.K let me clear that up I think the RID line is crap-tastic and we are talking stricly the Prime toy line. And I might be absolutely alone in thinking that the FE's look miles better than the RID's, but I don't think so. So in that thinking I believe the FE's are and will be more sought after than the RID's

And no I have no insider info these are just my opinions on the Prime toys in the RID line.  

 

When I asked my local TRU about cliffjumper from the FE, she thought I said CliffHUMPER. I have little faith in the employees nd their knowledge but they at least have been reliable in knowing what they have here.

 

I agree. I believe the FE will be sought after more as they are better looking. And that, ladies and gentlemen, IS INSIDER INFO from me.

What the heck a Cliffhumper?

 

I had wondered if we'd here something about this, this week or next. Hasbro's putting out an all new Star Wars line with an official release date of January 30th. Why not bring out another of their big guns, RiD, at the same time? Not going to start scouring TRUs yet, but I'll be keeping an eye on the sightings board.

 

I do use the online retailers when reasonably priced. But when they are obviously trying to take advantage of how badly people want a certain toy(RTS Windcharger!), it's kind of disgusting.

But having said that, I will pay a lot from time to time. Like for United Voyager Megs, which was a pretty good import for 50 bucks.

 

if someone gets hold of the TRU or target item numbers, I will do may happy dance.. until then, I am not holding my breath... got to wait for scalpers to do their thing before the waves finally hit en mass.

 

Well, I do need that TF Prime: RID Voyager Megs...

Come to think of it, the only figure that the US will have a hard time getting is voyager Bulkhead in general, Unless they make a new Bulkhead in the RID line.
