I got Deluxe Roadbuster and Topspin today at TRU, and they, along with about a case's worth of other DOTM Deluxes, had yellow stickers stuck over the faction insignia in the lower right corner of the package.



I realize the image quality is horrible, so here's what it says:

I get the impression they're trying to hype/transition into Prime promotions even though it says it's a DOTM shirt. I added the spaces into the URL towards the end of the quote to circumvent the forum's automatic link formatting. The web address just takes you to Hasbro.com right now, though.

I'll certainly be buying enough TF stuff to get one of these packs

That's my guess. A shame, as I'd actually care about this promotion if the Special Edition Kreon wasn't something you can already get for free just for placing an order at HTS.

 

Sweet deal, I spent $20 just today. Maybe these will hit with the arrival of Soundwave and Wheeljack. Hopefully so.

Man, if only they thought ahead and made different deco kreons for all their promotions.
Botcon, sdcc, that online game, this 20$ promo and the hts promo. That could have been 5 cool little exclusives that would have gotten collectors like myself into doing all the promos.

Matrix prime, blue sentinel prime, dark megaton, nemesis prime, sun storm. Seriously, I would have jumped through hoops for any of those.

 

Total sweetness... Gonna get my Kreon on! Glad I saved my receipts, and maybe just maybe Hound will be released with this.

 

Well, I just got Wheeljack so there's 12 bucks, plus I kept the receipt from the second Wheeljack my friend got me so I can send in a form. Good thing too, because I'm not planning on buying anything else until Prime toys come out. Which may be soon, considering they seem to be pushing it so much... Just my guess though. Also, that website doesn't work yet, it just redirects to hasbro.com  

 

Was wondering a couple of things:

1) Will the shirt be Adult or Kids sizes?

2) Will any TF purchase count, like the new Playskool line, or exclusives, or even an HTS order?

3) They gave an ARV (Average Retail Value?) to the Kre-On of $4.99. Does that mean they might have plans to sell them individually later on, and do we actually know if it is the same one from Botcon, SDCC, and the HTS promo?
