I predict it will be a G1 rehash with Movie designs and no creative concepts whatsoever. It also won't be dark.

 

It's not Animated.

When the toys started showing up with the very "episodic" character bios, I started hoping that it was all setup for the show. That the show will be Movieverse INSPIRED, but different enough that it's not a rehash or in the Movieverse canon. I can easily imagine Kurtzman and Orci saying "This is what we WANTED the story to be before Bay screwed it up."

 

I hope there are lots of movie inspired things in the new show, both storywise and especially design wise, as I LOVE the movie designs.

 

I'm hoping for a mix of movie and Animated just like the new suggested, I just love the thought of a gorilla-scream with a sleeker shape like TFA SS or Animated Megatron with a crab arm cannon.

 

Those sound awesome. I saw some designs for movie influenced Animated designs a while back, like an Animated-style Movie Bumblebee and Optimus. Also, if you haven't read the Allspark Almanac, there are facts about a cancelled series called, TF: Hero, which lead to the genesis of Animated. Hero was planned to have stylized designs, but nowhere near the level of Animated, closer to something like Classics. The designs, with a bit of tweeking, would be something I'd like to see in a future TF series.

 

Well, the Clone Wars has alot of CGI.
