Hi guys, this is a little left field information. I work for Bell Canada and they have a rewards system called blue chips, anyhow the program works like this, my company will court Amazon and get the latest listings from them, sometimes ahead of schedule. I was looking for the All-Spark G1 seasons set when I stumbled upon this. They have it listed for 19,000 blue chips which is about the going rate for a brand new PS3 release (Little Big planet 2 goes for the same) I figure this means it will retail between 50 and 60 dollars. Good luck everyone!

I'm hoping for a DVD release. Or a way to play Blu Ray region free.

Blu-Ray is region free. Unless the manufacturer wants to be a jerk about it. But the standard is region-less.

Actually the PS3 can play multiregion, because I own Transformers TM 1986 and it works on my PS3.

That's because there is no region code lock on that release.

That's not the only bluray that I purchased from another country. That was just the first time I bought one because I previously thought my PS3 BD Player was region-locked.

Regarding this Prime being on BD, I'm like 99.9% sure that it will be available here too. This is just the first we got wind of it. There is no chance that with the interest in the show, HUB would pass on selling some DVD//BDs of their show.

Just Blue Ray? Because the only Blue Ray player that's in my house is my sister's PS3 and she plays mostly games on it. :(

Hopefully I can buy one in the near future...HOPEFULLY.

I would pick up the blu-ray of this depending on the cost.

I do think there needs to be a release of TF:Animated season 3 before we get any Prime discs

I don't know about before... but I should hope they get around to it eventually. Chances are we'll get a boxed set with the entire series eventually.

Considering how good the show looks, a Blu-Ray would be ideal for the series.

while that may be true, it's awesome when there is DVD option as well, like for all those portable DVD players

Well the listing says Transformers Prime Season 1, but with the cost I don't see how it could be DVD, I could be wrong, it doesn't mention that it has a number of episodes just with the tagline "As Seen on Hasbro's The Hub"
