Got mine today. The soft rubber weapons need replacing. It really needs a voyager. My only complaint it ½ the truck on the back of the legs.

 

This figure looks pretty decent. Since probably won't be able to get a Universe Ratchet for an affordable price, and I don't like that mold much anyway, I'll probably get this guy to be Ratchet in my Classics collection. I'll have to do something about his rather plain markings in vehicle mode, though.

 

Erm,is there FE version for Ratchet?

Funny part is, if there was a FE Ratchet we all know it would shit on this version.

I wonder if the same engineer designed RID Ratchet and RID Cliffjumper. They both have a similar level of 'dynamic chunkiness'. (and 'chest-cheatiness' )

 

Now that is an awesome shot! It brings out some excellent detail in his face sculpt that I hadn't noticed until now. All the more reason I need to find this thing sooner rather than later.

Thanks guys. He turned out to be a lot nicer and more detailed in hand than pics had shown, so I'm trying to capture it best possible.

 

Someone should totally customize this into an Animated Wreckgar, yep.

is it odd that this is my most wanted Animated toy so far (and RID Arcee is 2nd? FE Bulkhead is 3rd so that's when we get into normal territory)

 

Why is that odd? He's nice.

 

cos he isnt one of the characters people go nuts for? I mean sure people will buy the toy, but would anyone else consider him their "most wanted?"

 

I was personally hyped for him because I love his character on the show, and then I saw the promo pics, and even though I wanted a Voyager, I got pretty giddy.

If it were anything outside of Prime, a Ratchet toy would be "meh" for hype, but his character is so big time in the show that I think his Prime toy warrants some nice "want". He's one of those must haves.
