I don't think this figure looks THAT bad. Not as good as the FE, sure and probably not as good as the new molds that will undoubtedly come out (because this is Bumblebee, after all, he's been getting two molds per line since 2007*) but he isn't the world ending badness everyone seems to be making it out to be. He's a "Meh" at best/worst.

Doesn't look too bad. I bought the FE and I am biased against it because mine had problems with the assembly and I had to return it. In every other review I have seen it looks like those shoulders lift up a little more. Maybe your gears are misaligned? Hmm.

I thought something looked off with that mold. So glad I grabbed the FE version on a whim. Don't think I'll even bother picking up Hot Shot. That giraffe neck and slouched shoulders are ridiculous.

Bee's the worst deluxe in the line so far. He's not 'terrible' (well, okay, he is), he just does absolutely nothing right (besides having two accessories), and a few things wrong (appearance, automorph, arms), which tips the meter into 'only pick up if you can't find the FE, or if Bee is such a non-character to you you can't justify spending money on him." In either case I'd say wait till he's on sale (which shouldn't be long - there's vast numbers of him each wave, frustratingly). He's not one I'd regret not picking up, but I did want at least some representation of the character(god knows why, though) with my deluxes.

If you have FE, don't bother with him, unless you like the character a lot.

(I admit my biases could be comming into play here, but make no apologies for it. I buy these toys because they make me happy, and I judge them on that basis - hence me quite liking Voyager Prime. Bee I haven't touched since I bought him. He's already on a shelf, where he shall remain until the end of days, in shame. I can't even be bothered to take photos of him being brutaly slaughtered, which says a lot.)

"I think it's cute, it reminds me a lot of Bumblebee...

...if Bumblebee were a sad piece of shit."

I hear that everytime I look at this toy.

Haha! It's a bit extreme (like I said, I give it a "meh" at best/worst right now, it might change when I get my hands on one) but this is funny!

Hasbro said they were using the FE figure to tease us they weren't kidding. That's exactly what the FE figures did. First by looking better, and second by being in short quantities.

This is just awful. Why the hell would Hasbro do this, not to mention these pieces of shit are higher in price. Think about that. Just look at BB the FE was initially $11.99 or at least that is what the one was when I had seen it at a TRU. This RID is going for $14.99 and it is a downgrade.

I say we bombard the shit out of Hasbro for f@#king us over like this and not stop until we get the better quality figures we were supposed to have. I hope they realize they wasted their money. To bad we couldn't convince the kids to join us in our efforts. I know based on price reasons the parents would. this is only helping the scalpers at this point. :puke2:

FE BB is going to be included with a repaint of FE Screamer for the next entertainment pack, so if you lack those 2 and can stand different paint jobs, there's your shot.

I understand the upset but aren't you taking it a tad too far? I mean the RID line does have it's share of good toys like the upcoming RID Arcee, and Vehicon. Not to mention the awsome looking Voyagers Starscream and Skyquake!

Would you please stop saying this until we actually see the toy? How do you know it will be a good toy?

    Answer: You don't.

I get that you want to stay positive, in spite of all the other RiD let-downs. That is great. But don't make up stuff as if you know something from some little blurry picture that won't necessarily look anything like the actual toy anyway.

It doesn't "look" like anything. You haven't seen anything.
