You can fix the head pretty easily. Chop off the two rear-most teeth of the rack that goes forward during transformation. Then, when transforming from car to robot, before you unlock the shoulders and pull them back, lift up the head mount 90 degrees. After you finish the automorph, his head will be sitting flat on the gearbox. I'd post the video I did showing off how to do it, but this is your thread and your review, I don't want to hijack it.
