Disclaimer: This thread will more than likely contain spoilers for those of you who haven't seen the Season 1 finale. Be warned and turn back now.

While the game isn't out, and won't be for some time, how do you think that the two will tie in? Since Exodus, Exiles, WFC, Prime, & soon to be FOC are a part of the same continuation, how could this tie in with the future of Transformers Prime?

There has been a lot of Speculation that MECH's Project Chimera is Bruticus. With Bruticus being mentioned in showing up in FOC (and Hasbro hopefully trying to fix the cluster of contradiction between this "single continuation"). Could this outright Bruticus being what MECH is working on? Or could they somehow have recovered him from somewhere?

Also with Prime's new look in the preview pics that we've seen for the videogame, he looks slightly more like he did in episode 26's earlier flashback to Orion Pax/Optimus Prime's Cybertronian look in the show.

So what does everyone think in terms of MECH's future & hopefully a brighter understating of how their aesthetics changed ever so much between WFC & Prime?

I'm expecting Project: Chimera to be Devestator, and Bruticus being in FOC makes that more likely (assuming Project: Chimera is a combiner).

Yeah and having combiners in this otherwise new universe is definitely needed... In terms of making the show/game better... And of course in terms of product... I haven't purchased a single combiner since Beast Wars... I realize I missed out a lot on ROTF Superion... But having combiners in Prime & getting product for them as well is a win:win in my book!

I haven't even been thinking about toys. Oh man, Combiner toys now would be awesome.

For an odd reason that has been plaguing my mind recently. The last original mold for combiners that we got was in Transformers Energon. Sure, Supreme Devastator which IMO was a huge FAIL since he only transformed from vehicles to body parts.. And PCC was good, not great, but again to the limbs not having a bot mode...

I'd just like to see more game to TV show refrences as well. It'd definitely add more volume to the continuity other than "because Hasbro said so."

Yeah, the last few combiners we've been getting have sucked. And only Constructicon Maximus was a good toy out of the 3 combiners from Energon. Bruticus sucks because the 2 helicoptor parts suck, and Superion can't stand for shit.

Guess I lucked out then lol. Which I had taken a very brief break from collecting when the ROTF Superion repaint came out.. But had I bought it... I would have bought the Fansproject add on kit for it... Because that looked pretty damn nice if I must say.

So maybe what MECH is working on is Devastator...
Or Menasor... That's also a good option considering he hasn't been around since G1 lol

Menasor would be cool. I'm just thinking Devestatot because of the interview or whatever where they said MECH would be be doing something "devestating" in season 2.

Oh I haven't seen/heard about that.. But it sounds like it's pretty much a dead giveaway... Or at least that's what they want us to think lol.

Really? When? My memory on things that aren't G1, Movie, or Prime continuation is very hazy ATM...

IIRC, they said that Silas would have a story arc that would pay off "devastatingly". Now, that could imply Devastator, but I'm more inclined to assumes it means that something major is going to happen to Silas/MECH.

Oooooo... Don't you just love foreshadowing? Lol
Maybe Silas decides to make himself the base or control center for Devastator (if indeed project Chimera is Devastator)?

Could be a possibility... In that case... I'm calling it if it happens lol.
