Were the prices the same at the same store? Because I'd be inclined to think ones without DVDs at KMart or TRU would be about the same as ones with DVDs at Target or Walmart.

Expect K-mart to be $1 more regardless of what the item is.

I was gonna say that's how they've been released here in England anyway but then I spotted that 'File card included' thing on the side of Megatron's pack in the second photo which mine didn't have. What's that about?

Its just the side part with the bio #s is perforated. There's no bio, its essentially a "tech spec" card.

Ah, right. Since mine is a multi-language European release our bios are pretty much reduced to a single sentence and many times lacking much of a tech-specs table at all, so a special file card wouldn't be needed.
Interestingly though I just had a quick look at my Cyb Megatron packaging and it still has the perforation line down the side to tear off a file card if it had been printed there. I suppose that's obvious since the packaging would all use the same die-cutters or whatever to produce the inner packaging, but if I'd not known about the tear-off file card version I'd have been wondering why one side of the card had a perforation.

I found some at TRU today... the ones with the DVDs were a crazy $11.99. but the ones without scanned at $8.99. I'd imagine when they finally get to WM/Target they'll be $7.99, like the DotM commanders were, since the ones with the "free" DVD were $8.99.
