    TF: Prime Arcee cannons
    Update Jan 14, 2012

Hi guys, in case you feel like your Transformers Prime deluxe Arcee figure is
underarmed with only those blades of hers, I have the very thing for you!
This is a pair of blasters custom designed for the Arcee mold.
Because of the way her 5mm peg holes are positioned, the gun peg has to be
'upside down' in order to fit. The guns will lay on the outside of her forearms,
ever ready to shoot some errant Decepticon.

Additionally, I've designed the guns to be able to have her blades nest on their undersides,
to form a formidable looking combination. This system also works very well in alt mode,
as the guns end up strapped to the sides of the bike, similar to the
    "Mototerminators" in Terminator Salvation.

I tried to incorporate as much show accurate detail as possible
while adapting the design to the limitations of the figure. I hope you guys like it!

You can order the cannons here at
TF: Prime deluxe Arcee blasters on Shapeways.

Printing in Strong Flexible or Detailed material are both possible.
The latter is recommended if you want all the fine surface details to be visible.

while they are verry nice its not accurate enough but i know it would have bin impossible to fit over the hand to make it look like it look like the hands transformed into the guns

I've been looking at those in the store for awhile wondering what they would look like actually on Arcee.

The pics removed any doubt and I'll be sure to be ordering at least one set.

Wow, cool! Bought my set already, just waiting for them to be produced and then shipped. Any suggestions re: material type, Fakebusker? I ordered mine in White Strong & Flexible Polished. Is this a decent option which still allows for fairly good retention of detail from the original model? I'm a complete noob when it comes to material types, so hoping I made a good decision!

Hi there! Glad you found your way here.
White Strong Flexible Polished is a pretty fair material to use. It's less powdery looking and retains the strength and flexibility of standard WSF. The only setback I think is that small details tend to look more subdued and not as sharp as standard, but it still looks great!

For weapons I recommend printing in Detail, or if you are feeling extravagant, Frosted Ultra Detail. Weapons don't need too much material strength and you can see sharper features on the model.

Wow, thanks so much! This may necessitate another order if mine aren't quite up to snuff, but I'll cross that particular bridge when I come to it.
