And that's great for the parents who are fine with getting a quick 3-4 episodes for their kids at 5 bucks, but what about the hardcore fans who're willing to throw down $30+ for all 26? As far as I'm aware, a full season set has not been confirmed. I'm sure many fans would rather not buy half a dozen DVDs in order to get the entire season.

It's a game show based on Hasbro games like Sorry and Monopoly.

Nothing wrong with additional releases, but seriously WHERE'S SEASON ONE!??
Kids are smart and given a choice they would rather have ALL the episodes of their favorite show to watch vs random, out of order ones. I really don't care it they have to put them out in chunks at a time either like ThunderCats or Avengers seems to be doing, but seriously why is simple common sense go out the window with thing like this. :banghead:

I only ask there things of a TV DVD release:
    1. release ALL the episodes
    2. in order
    3. unedited

Why is this so hard for some studios to figure out? :dunce

I've pre-ordered the Darkness Rising DVD already and this is interesting news!! But why did they skip around on the episodes...why not eps 6, 7 & 8???

Whatever, I'll buy it for sure at that price!!
    :popcorn

Update: Looked at a couple of local WM's both in toys and vids, NO luck!! :(

$4 for 3 episodes isn't bad, not sure if I'll pick this up or not as I think I'd rather have a full season boxset but it's still a damn good deal.

Really the episodes aren't random, with the first five episodes on a DVD soon and the Entertainment Pack having episode six, but they skipped episode nine.

The fact that the episodes are sequential leads me to believe they will be releasing more 3 episode DVDs. 4 bucks is a damn good price, just wish it had more special features and I would instantly buy it.

Does anyone else find it odd how many times the back description mentions Megatron considering Megatron isn't in any of those episodes?

Also "NOTE TO PARENTS: DVD is not a toy."

That must be frustrating to all the parents who wanted to play Frisbee with the disk.

This better not be a sign that we will only get episode sets in the future and not full seasons. And Bluray.

I'm only going to pick up DVDs if they have commentary. Otherwise, huge pass because of Darkprime.

I want to wait for a full season boxset like everyone else, but at that price, why not? On the other hand, I'd probably be spending $15 in gas just to reach the nearest Wal-mart to where I live. So I guess I wait. If I see it at TRU, I might pick it up.
