Ugh. Still bothers me. I just don't see why THAT of all things needed to be kept partsformed. I'll still get the guy and just leave them down there on the forearms, but it is a bit of a bummer. I'm fine with big weapons or large accessories do so that don't really add or take from either mold, but like... a single hinge or so could have taken care of this.

My twenty year old version actually yellowed pretty bad, and most "relatively cheap" replacements I see on eBay are either broken or missing parts. So that's why I want this.

A single hinge that would've severely affected articulation in one mode, when the arm guards would be attached to one part while the hinge would be attached to another part, basically locking whatever joint connects those two parts entirely or to a single axis.

i really hope they end using that design in the future if they have give us 7 windblades why not another primal in season 1 body, the takar designers were really lazy, also please armada optimus prime...... and i hope that they also make a victory leo i have lost all hope of seeing him on mp line in that way if the coming star saber is real we could have victory saber sadly not masterpiece but they on care about movie masterpieces right now not even g1 preety sad

Wow, way to be a jerk about a comment. I'm not throwing my keyboard across the room dude, I just think it's silly. Beiong optional is still better than being necessary.

 

Well, maybe not just a single hinge, but some kind of neat shoulder flip would be cool. I'm just glad it isn't required for conversion. I still like the figure and it's JUST about cooler than the original in a lot of important ways.
