Ooooh, THAT explains it. According to one of the people who saw it, Michael Bay said that there was just one big fuckup still in it, so he probably meant the whole Devastator thing.

 

hmm, i was really looking forward to hearing the Megatron-Starscream banter, but it seems there really isnt a lot of it. I was hoping for more interation between all the bots anyways both autobot and decepticon. The movie will still kick ass though and after reading all this positive feedback im so revved up for it!

 

How long is the film? EXACTLY?

 

i think i read some where that it is like 2 hours and 20 minutes or so, but dont quote me because i could be wrong.

Just one question of vital importance:

Is the Transformation sound the G1 one (too much "ones" in one question! AArgh)?

I don't care much the language since I'm Italian and it'll be dubbed, I'll have to wait for the DVD for the original voices hoping Italian dubbers do their work properly, I still wake up at night with Eragon's dubbing. It wasn't a great movie but Italian dubbing buried it deep underground...

Yeah, can anyone confirm that the original transformation sound from G1 is in or out of the movie?

 

It's in the trailer...It's in the movie. The producers already said it'll be there in addition to numerous other throwback tributes to the old school fans.

 

I heard it in the trailer, but many times there are things in the trailers that never make it into the movie.

But cool, I never heard that the producers had confirmed that either.

 

I have to wonder if they will be using the same theme that is on the Game website. I think it's pretty awesome and has that Michael Bay touch on it. In a way it sounds almost close to one of the themes from Armegeddon.

 

I'm concerned about the ending, is it good? Or is it nasty like Pirates II, with a huge opening?

Or is it a nice and tidy ending that feels good?

 

It's possible that they were thinking that contrary to the popular myth, the US and North America at large is NOT the centre of the universe. The movie is being released internationally so marketing it internationally isn't that insane an idea.

 

What I've been wanting to know is how are the transformations? what we've seen in trailers has been astounding, but how do they look in full? can you get a good idea of what the alt mode parts become in the bot mode? trying to work out some of the transformations have been driving me up the wall!

Actually, it IS spelled Centre. In Canada and Britain at least. Center is the easier to spell version.

And nah, not exaxctly jealous. nope, that's not my feelings...um, happy? yeah, that's the one.
