Down from #5 to #7 in Germany in its fourth week. Only 49.564 viewers the past weekend, 1.423.680 viewers in total, thus making it still #14 among the most successful movies of 2007 in German theaters.

Thanks to that huge gap between Forrest Gump and The Matrix Reloaded, probably won't be going higher than 28th, if it moves up any further at all.

At least it still beat ONE Pirates movie!

Clearly the movie was a failure then.

Since Transformers made more money than Passion of the Christ can we say that Transformers are more popular than Jesus? :)  Sorry if that offends, but I thought it was amusing.

I'll have to wait. Not even the cheap theater has it anymore in town. But I'll be traveling to hit the IMAX version at least once.

I'm just sad it's doing so poorly in Japan. I was hoping for TFs to beat Gundams and super robots of all sorts for the first time ever in there, I guess it won't happen anytime soon :(

I really am surprised that it's so far behind internationally than some of the other movies on that list.

i'm sure the movie will make a few extra million when it's out in IMAX with the extra scenes, hopefully the extras are extra transformer scenes. and what's with this that it's not doing well in japan? i thought japan would be a HUGE source of income for this movie, their the ones that pratically created the giant robot genre in the first place.

Give it time. It's only been out in some markets for two or three weeks. Which seems crazy to me, seeing how long it ran here before hitting those places.

I can't wait for the Imax, man its gonna be cool, I have an Imax theater 10 minutes from home thats been there for about 10 years, and this is the first movie I'll have ever seen there...actually first hollywood movie I'll have ever seen on an Imax screen, everything else was just nature type stuff, this is just awesome.
