I never thought there would be a toy


that could actually make Armada Thrust look really good  

 

You know... this one and Swindle are definently on my pass list. I understand that they're just drones, but I still don't really care for them at all. Just think the overall designs could be better. Shame. They're some of the first movie figures that I haven't cared for.

The vehicle mode looks ok, but the bot....what's going on with that.

The legs totally ruin it for me. Theyre half as long as they should be. If it werent for that it might be pretty cool, but that ruins the whole thing for me.

Is it just me or does he look alot like Armada Thrust?

 

If it was one of the Classics line Decepti-jets with that paint scheme it would be an instant buy.

While the jet mode isn't bad the bot mode makes it a pass. The mono-eye looks good on the packaging, but for some reason their sculpters just couldn't make it look good on the toys themselves. Maybe it's not transformed right but I'm not sure if correctly transformed it would help enough to make the figure look nice.

Plus it seems like they could have gone just that tiny extra mile to give us a set of fists that would fit into the arms so you chould chose between fists or the firing weapon look. Just really don't like Transformers without hands.

Makes you wonder if they didn't pull in some extra design teams from somewhere else to have the quality go from some of their best stuff ever to things that look kind of like bad knock off products.

Well, I'll still get it, but the drones kinda make transmutate look like he should have a masterpiece.

 

That has to be mis-transformed.

 

Well... They're making DAMN sure they don't lose the rights to those pointless names


After all, they might need that name when renaming a flying decepticon when the next japanime transformers is made
