Can't read German, but I do see "Super Soaker" in there. That's a SWEET Super Soaker.

It looks like it might be based on Ratchet. It's got his colour scheme, also note the red on one side and blue on the other, like an emergency vehicle's lights.

    Interesting item, whatever it is!

What am I looking at? Is a helicopter? A blender? A water pistol? Weird.

Quoth Homer, "It's not quite a mop, and it's not quite a puppet but oh maaaaaaan..heheh..so to answer your question, I don't know."

The highlight to the motion picture film.

The super Soaker in the singular Transformer Design. Transforming bar with swinging out sign. Four different spraying nozzles and a large tank provide for full water power.

As far as I can see, that silver disc is a disc brake, the red thing is the brake caliper. I beleive this is a Bumblebee weapon

Also it looks like there is a fist under the front end of it, perhaps like the optimus blaster it attches to the child's hand

I see a brake rotor and caliber in the design of that thing.

Their Transformers homepage is even funnier. AWESOME translations that explain how Primus "invented" the "Transformers races" (plural!), as in "racing competitions". And Primus stands for rigor...:rolleyes2

Agreed it's a Bumblebee thing. Took a bit of looking at it to figure it all out. Kind of cool though.
