The Universe of the Transformers is vast, and populated by many characters. Their universe is a large tapestry, made up of the stories and points of view of countless experiences that serve the larger whole.

These are some of those stories. This is:

It should be noted that while this project has been recognized by IDW Publishing and Hasbro, none of the works presented have been commissioned or solicited by either company. The stories are not official canon, except where noted. These stories are the result of Transformers enthusiasts taking the time out of their busy days to contribute to a universe they love. No one has been paid for the production of these stories.

I was expecting some kind of Bruticus-Menasor hybrid.

The art is nice, but kinda wonky on the last panel. The Combiners look like they were copied off some box/promo art, the way they all mostly face forward (just the head and weapons are turned at each other) and how the perspective on Bruticus doesn't at all match the background's.

    This is very cool!

And also almost works as a perfect lead-in for a script I submitted...that would be a pleasant surprise :)

Not much of a story to this one, and the art is merely okay.

A bit of an expansion to the plot hole filling of the 2006 movie comic adaptation by Bob Budianski.

The plot hole filling, while admirable in its aim, fell short of its goal. Logicially, Superion and Defensor would have already been on the moon bases on the eve of their primary offensive, as seen in the skeleton crew of Autobots left at Autobot City. Omega might...MIGHT...have been left behind with a couple of technicians to man the Ark, and may have originally been meant to accompany the shuttle back to Cybertron in preparation for their D Day. As the author of this piece also noted, it'd be 2 against 3, and that third one is Omega Fucking Supreme. There is almost no possibility that Bruticus and Menasaur could have held them for the entirety of that 18 hour fight. Maybe if they had Monstructor, Predaking, and/or Piranacon with them, but they weren't thought up at this time. Then there's the likely but purely theoretical possibility of human military reinforcements (GI Joe, almost certainly), but that was never explored on a serious level until the GI Joe and Transformer crossovers (a problem of continuity in and of themselves) and the Michael Bay films.

Then again, having damn near their entire command staff on that shuttle on the eve before D Day was extremely illogical too, and indicative of the writer's Hasbro instructed mindset to just 'kill all the old toys for the new cool thing we have.'

In any event, a nice little blurb and a well deserved WTF? to the original plot hole filling attempt.

This has some things going well for it, but it has more going against it. The whole thing is a bit . . . awkward. The dialogue is a bit odd, and the artwork is as well. The story is one that doesn't fit in a single page.
